Meet Dr. Shannen Vong

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who works primarily with adults. I provide individual therapy via telehealth. I have worked with individuals with a variety of issues, such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, life transitions, social anxiety, relationship issues, career/work concerns, stress management, burnout, and self-esteem. I specialize in trauma and PTSD, life transitions, cultural issues, and stress. I view therapy as a collaborative process in which my sessions are guided by your goals, concerns, and readiness for change. As a therapist, I try to meet people where they are at in their journey. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship allows for reflection, safety and vulnerability, which is helpful in their healing process. I look forward to meeting you!
